Can I try it before creating an account?

How do analysis credits work?

Credits are per role, not per user. When your Hiring Profile is ready, activate the role for $29 to receive 7 analysis credits. Each candidate analysis on that role uses one credit. Credits stay on that role and never expire. Need more? Top up with 3 credits for $15 or 7 for $29.

Does it decide who to hire or reject?

No - on purpose. HireBetter never gives a score, ranking, or hire/no-hire verdict. It surfaces evidence and sharp questions so you make the call. And nothing is set in stone: you can regenerate a profile, edit details, and re-run an analysis anytime.

How does it keep things fair?

Every finding is grounded in the CV and your Hiring Profile. If something isn't in the résumé, HireBetter says 'not in resume' instead of guessing - and it doesn't infer age, gender, ethnicity, or anything you didn't ask about. No scores means no black-box ranking of people.

What is company context?

Optional background about your company - what you do, your stage, and how you work. We feed it into Hiring Profiles and candidate analyses so the AI calibrates expectations to your business, not a generic one. Guest analyses use a profile inferred from the job post; signed-in users can add real company context for sharper reads.

What do I need to get started?

Which CV files can I upload?

Text-based PDF CVs. We pull out the text and pre-fill the candidate's details. Scanned or image-only PDFs have no real text to read - if that happens, just add the candidate manually.

Which languages does it support?

English and Dutch - the whole interface and the AI output (Hiring Profiles, analyses, interview questions) follow the language you choose.

Is my data private?

Your roles, candidates, and uploaded CVs live in your own workspace, isolated per organization. Your data isn't used to train AI models - it's there to help you hire, nothing else.

What does it cost?
